When your drawings are made, they are created on AutoCAD software. Using computerized drafting allows us to easily create alternative designs as well as make pinpoint revisions. It also allows us to electronically communicate with surveyors and engineers.

Two-Hour In-Home Consultation
Are you wondering about the feasibility and costs of a house remodel? Perhaps you could use a short session with an experienced design professional.
Our design consultation provides two hours of contact time in your home with the design principal. This consultation includes pre-meeting research, including locating a City of Seattle property map and King County property information. The design consultation will generate design sketches and/or a list of written options for you. Also, you will receive relevant informational handouts. Finally, there will be recommendations for the next steps to advance your remodel project.
The charge for the design consultation is $350.00. This is a flat fee for up to two hours of time. Any follow-up time will be charged hourly.
